Does Gender Really Matter?

The U.S. Supreme Courts upheld Title 9 in that it gave females an equal playing field to males. But what if the Courts had ruled something else. Would it really matter today and if so, why? Do girls make better athletics and who should be the "last" man standing when it comes to picking teams?
